Inflammation!: To have pain in so many places means an inflammatory process must be excluded. He needs someone with rheumatology expertise to diagnose and treat the problem. If inflammation is present, he will need more than aleve-like nsaids. My bet: psoriatic arthritis with ankle involvement!
