Possibly Arthritis: Your symptoms may be due to arthritis in your shoulder, especially given your symptoms and history. However, a rotator cuff injury is also possible. Please see your clinician for an exam and possible X-rays to confirm diagnosis. They can then prescribe anti-inflamatory meds, offer physical therapy, a steroid injection or both.
