Can you tell me, are there alternatives to antibiotics for a dental abscess when someone is allergic to all antibiotics?

Treat the cause: Drain the tooth by drill a hole into it. Let it drain for 3-4 weeks. Redrain them and rinse with sodium hypochlorite (your dentist will do this) until the tooth no longer have any symptom (pain, swelling). Finally fill the root canal.

None as effective: I know of no really effective alternatives to antibiotics for bacterial infections. Do not believe every thing you read or at least consider relative effectiveness of claim. I have never heard of someone being truly allergic to ALL antibiotics. See Allergist and consult with your own doctor before relying on "alternatives".
