What do you do if antibiotic treatment doesnt resolve abscess under teeth?

The tooth problem is the cause so you need appropriate dental care, either root canal or tooth extraction or other procedure. Antibiotic only control the infection but it is not the definite cure for dental abscess.

I hope you are not self-medicating. Pills are only part of the treatment process. Antibiotics will control spread of dental infection to other organ systems. It will not "cure" the cause of the infection. For that you need root canal treatment/crown or extraction/implant/crown. Please see your Dentist
