Seek help: All of the problems you are having need proper medical evaluation and treatment. See your primary care doctor and discuss your problems.

Question?: What was the question? If you are asking about stimulation of appetite there are several options. Talk to your doctor. The first step is getting your pain under control. Also side effects if pain medication (nausea and constipation) need to be controlled.

Rule out other cause: While chronic pain and stress can cause loss of appetite, resulting in weight loss, you must get your primary physician to try to put 2 and 2 together to avoid tunnel vision. If not done recently, you need a thorough medical check with blood work and some imaging study based on the findings. Hopefully, this attempt would help rule out other medical causes for weight loss.
