If all other: Factors are held in check - excessive stress can actually make it difficult to lose weight. However, if stress ; pain leads to decreased appetite and decreased food intake - then weight loss may ensue. Or if a person fails to make eating regular meals a priority when overly stressed - that could lead to weight loss. Take care.
