Glad you're okay: A little blood in your urine might have been from a kidney bruise. It should heal fine -- if there was significant damage, you'd know by now. I'm glad you got a chance to ride a motorcycle -- please always wear a helmet and be super-careful. Best wishes.

Yes: Any organ could be damaged by this kind of accident, but you said all MRI and x-ray were normal. I think the best thing to do follow with you doctor to see any damage will appear in the near future.
