Thoracic compression: You have sustained a throracic compression fracture--pain should be better 3-4 yrs later.
you should try some physical therapy who has an interest in spines.
the procedure called kyphoplasty which involves putting some cement into your disc space---is less and less in favor now.
hopefully some core strengthening and stretching exercises will help
