Not likely: Flonase does not reach optimum potency until used consistently for days. It is more likely that whatever causes one to use nose sprays in the first place results in inefficient Eustachian Tube drainage due to inflammation. Stay the course as advised by your physician. Make sure to review the warnings on these if using otc.
