My 11wk old baby has an uti and is on antibiotics. what can i do to help her not get another one?

UTI in baby: Keep your daughter well hydrated, make sure the diapers are changed frequently and that she does not have irritation along her bottom. Discuss with the doctor seeing her and follow their suggestions and advice. Hopefully she will be better soon and this will not recur. If it does your pediatrician may want her to see a pediatric urologist.
