See urologist/gyn: You need an exam to determine the reason for this. There may be a structural reason or you may have a condition called "interstitial cystitis": which is resistant to ordinary antibiotics. In the meantime continue your high fluid intake and add CRANBERRY JUICE if you like it!!!
