Resistant bacteria: I recommend increasing your fluid intake, urinating immediately after intercourse, and cranberry juice. You could also try probiotics. If you feel like the antibiotics are not working, maybe they will need to change to a different antibiotic because the bacteria could become resistant to the antibiotics you are currently on. And finally if you're postmenopausal, estrogen cream can help as well.
