Medication : It is very common for patients to experience nausea and vomiting after wisdom teeth removal if you were put to sleep. You haven't eaten for several hours, then you are commonly given narcotics during the procedure, and generally taking pain medication afterward. It is a set up for nausea, but usually passes the next day.

Wisdom Teeth puking?: Wisdom teeth extraction doesn't usually include puking. But being sedated for the extractions just might. All drugs used in medicine and dentistry, are toxic, and your body will try to throw them off. ...Puking. Most folks don't but a lot do. Part of pain management. If in doubt call the surgeon.
