More info needed...: Obviously the surgery will result in post operative pain. Regarding the nausea, were you put to sleep (IV sedation)? Are you taking narcotic pain meds? These meds may play a role in your nausea. Feel better soon...

Not uncommon: It is not uncommon for people to have nausea and vomiting after being sedated for wisdom teeth surgery. As with any surgical procedure, there will always be some postoperative pain and discomfort. Take your pain medication as prescribed for pain control.
