I have a known hiatial hernia ulcers as of july 2013. this past week i keep having pain under lower rib cage, dull sever pain. belching a lot helps?

Pylori if not done, and to have your antacid regimen maximized, depending on the findings. Also seeing a dietician may help in avoiding foods that worsen this discomfort.
