?what: You definitely tore your biceps tendon insertion off your elbow?At the radial tuberosity...? Not in your shoulder..? If it's torn @ the elbow have it fixed. If there is inc. Pain in your forearm and swelling see your ors for compt. Pressure measurement immediately.Even w/ blood thinners on board compt.Syndrome w/isolated distal biceps tendon ruptures is rare.

Long head biceps tendon tears extremely common( @ shoulder). Extremely rare to have CS.Bruising common down arm occ. into forearm esp.on blood thinners.best of luck!
