Constant dull ache in left shoulder,armpit, bicep & infront of armpit. arm feels heavy and tired. no redness or swelling. on a blood thinner currently, is there risk of a dvt in my arm or am i more looking at muscular issue? ice,heat & hope for best?

This kind of pain is usually a sign of a strained muscle, minor infections or skin condition. Getting deep vein thrombosis is unlikely while you are on blood thinners. Rarely it can be a symptom of serious underlying condition, please see your doctor.
