A member asked:

I have arthritis in my spine and my doctor says to lose weight but it's hard to exercise with my back in this much pain? what can i do? i'm only 20

Low impact.: Exercise-wise, you will need to stick with low impact stuff - swimming, aquarobics, elliptical recumbent exercise bike. No jogging - too much for the spine. Have you given any thought to weight loss surgery?
