Keep following: Wondering if you actually do have hemochromatosis. Liver enzymes fluctuate and you're still up. You might follow it or consider a genetic test that detects many but not all cases.

Hi, I am a 36yr old male (never smoked) and I have had some blood results over the past few months (3 in total) showing high ferritin (just under 400). Also ALT slightly high (mid to high 50's). All other results are within normal range (AST mid 20's). H
My alt/ast, inr, albumin and all other liver bloodwork was normal as was ultrasound but ferritin is 200 u/mol OVER normal? What could cause this??
Diagnosed with NALFD. All liver functions were normal range except ALT of 64. No cirrhosis. Ferritin score was 613. Upper limit of normal was 275. With a 613 Ferritin score, does that signify NASH or liver inflammation?
I have a ferritin lvl 635 but my iron is normal. Very slight increase in liver enzymes. HEP neg, have MS, some numbness in arms/face/chest. MRI same.
