Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Having said that, her ferritin level (if it is 73) is normal. ALT and AST are mildly elevated and need to be addressed. It may be from some medication she is on, or a viral infection or if she drank alcohol. It would be useful to discuss with doctor
