No: Babies dont need baths every day. They dont produce body odor like adults and so baths are only needed when very dirty or soiled, or about every 3rd day. No reason to bath more than that unless very dirty.

Yes and no: You can. It will relax the baby before sleep. Don't use the soap though on the daily basis (only once a week). But you can skip a day or two and use a hygienic wipes for the infants if you don't have a time or place to do so.
