Hopefully no more: Than the result of the chronic allergies constant irritation of the delicate membranes causing little bleeds from surface capillaries. The force of blowing frequently may also play a role - especially if often and hard. You might consider seeing a doctor or allergist for help. There are topical steroid inhalers that can lessen the inflammation and other strategies too. I suffer it too. It stinks.

For the last week or so when I blow my nose in the morning there is a little blood, after the first few blows is gone. Its light red. Mostly only the right nostril. Also my nose is congested one nostril then it switches. No runny nose. Allergies?
