A member asked:

Dr looked in nose with endoscope and said it looked inflamed and i had rhinitis . is this why when i blow my nose i see flecks of blood?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Probably.: Inflammation in the nose can often cause flecks of blood. Rhinitis may cause frequent blowing of nose which can also cause flecks of blood. This is a question best relegated to the doc who looked up the nose.
