For the last week or so when i blow my nose in the morning there is a little blood, after the first few blows is gone. its light red. mostly only the right nostril. also my nose is congested one nostril then it switches. no runny nose. allergies?

Nose bleed : The membrane that covers the inside of your nose is quite thin and has a great deal of blood supply. If the membrane becomes dry or irritated it can bleed a limited amount. Usually if the bleeding becomes difficult to stop or is mixed with discolored mucus is important to see your doctor to determine other causes like sinus infection or a deeper abrasion of the inside of the nose.
