6 months ago saw tiny streaks of medium red blood in bile when vomited with morning sickness. the vomit after did not have any in it and i continued to vomit all that day. i did have blood when i blew my nose- is it likely i had just swallowed mucus?

Most likely these: traces of blood came from the same source: irritation in the back of the throat (possibly due to vomiting) which was mixed with nasal secretions and also mixed in with stomach contents that were being vomited up. I presume that since this was 6 months ago you have had no further problems with this. I think you're good. Presume you've had the baby....Congratulations!
