My 6 year old just had a nose bleed for no reason and quite a lot of bright red blood she has a hole in her hear and di george ?should i go hospital

Did it stop?: Kids get nosebleeds all the time. It always looks like a lot of blood because the nasal passages are very vascular. Dry air makes the superficial vessels more likely to bleed. No reason to go to hospital for this if bleeding stopped regardless of digeorge. If she has symptoms of low calcium that would be a reason to go to the hospital, though shouldn't cause nose bleed.
