Medication schedule: Keep it as simple as possible. Cymbalta (duloxetine) and Lamictal in the am because they tend to promote wakefulness and Klonopin and tegretol at bedtime due to drowsiness as a side effect.

Confusing: Plavix, aspirin, and sustained release Cardizem are only taken once a day - take them any time you like but keep it the same time each day. Klonopin is taken 3x a day. Lamictal and Cymbalta (duloxetine) are taken once a day. Tegretol is twice a day to four times a day. Would be best to ask your prescriber since it seems you may be on a special schedule.
