There are some: Other options. After increasing Gabapentin to where the side affects get to you, you can try Lyrica (pregabalin) as well. If that class of meds is not helping, consider medications like Cymbalta which also can help. Consider topical pain creams containing ketamine that can be very beneficial for neuropathy pain. Also try desensitization techniques like contrast baths. Make sure to have regular foot exams too.
