Your next step is to find a good therapist who knows cognitive behavioral therapy -- and possibly mindfulness-based cbt also -- to work with. These therapies can be very effective, and may help you more over time than clonazepam.

Have cardiac ;: Other medical causes been completely rule out? If yes, would consider psychiatric evaluation to determine if you do in fact have an anxiety disorder. This can lead to a helpful treatment plan. Take care.
