Shaking: This sounds as if you have some type of neurological problem, and should seek medical help. See your doctor for a check up.

Tremors: With the shaking you are experiencing, it is recommended you see a doctor, preferably a neurologist who specializes in movement disorders to rule out conditions such as early parkinson's, or simple familial tremors, etc. A good, thorough history and physical, with testing, should shed some light on your issues. Best wishes.

Vague/ see Dr.: Need a thorough history and exam to try and determine (possibly with some neurological and muscle testing,) what is going on. I would go as soon as you can.
