Sinusitis: Sinus infections are due to obstruction of normal clearance of secretions from them, either to obstruction (physical or physiological), to adjacent infections or to direct penetrance. Not due to changes in temperature, although pressure changes can create congestion. You may have allergies, etc. Chronic use of antibiotics is not a good idea (resistance, allergy, etc.).
