Sinusitis: Sinusitis can be a chronic problem. Small changes in hydration and wellness can cause a flareup of the symptoms, including pressure/pain above the eye/within the cheek. Inflammation can frequently cause secondary infections when fluid builds up and allows bacteria/viruses to grow. Use saline nasal washes, decongestants and if infected, see a Dr for Antibiotics. Regular prevention = avoid symptoms.
