Chronic congestion: Long-term use of a topical vasoconstrictive medication can cause dependence, hypertension, rebound congestion. I know you have chronic sinusitis and are under care of an ENT. You may not be able to stop suddenly but begin to switch to nasal saline spray and have a warm humidifier by your bed to keep nasal mucosa shrunken. Over 3-5 days you should be off Biorinil completely.
