As much as you can: One of the great things about yoga is that you learn to pay attention to what your body needs. Most beginning classes emphasize taking breaks. You will benefit most from a regular practice. Try different classes and studios. Lots of studios will give unlimited classes as an introduction. Take advantage. Look online for streaming classes.
