Doubt significance: Why did you obtain your blood count in the first place? Slight elevations of blood counts can be caused by many different yet benign causes. We need to look at the complete blood counts(CBC). If you are concerned get another CBC in one or two weeks,just to see if it settles down under 10,000 or not(That would be normal)

Flonase: The most serious side effects of Flonase is the tendency to lower blood cell counts and increase the risk of infections. An important concept to realize that increased WBC count is a sign of infection may be masked by corticosteroids. See your PCP for re-evaluation and a new labs.
