Don't change the med: A BP of 120/80 while taking blood pressure medication is the goal. Unless you experience dizziness while arising or the systolic (top number) pressure drops to 100 or less, changing the dose only increases the risk that blood pressure control will be lost. Generally, losartan works best if taken daily and routinely.
