May need scope: Graft impingement after arthroscopic acl surgery w/ resultant formation of a " cyclops" lesion is an unusual but well- known complication.Non-operative treatment is generally not helpful. See your ors for possible arthroscopy/ debridement/ roof-notchplasty. Discuss w/ your surgeon pre-op the possibility that revision acl reconstruction may be neccessary if graft is not viable. Gl!

Have it evaluated.: One may experience pain for a long time after any surgery. It seem that you need to be re-evaluated.
