3 d agoi twisted my knee & since had pain if i move wrong. l knee hurts anterior of knee cap toward top and pulls behind knee & is swollen. is it acl?

Knee Pain: A sudden twisting moment to the knee with immediate pain and swelling within the first 24 hours can represent a ligament injury including the acl, a possible injury to the meniscus(gasket), or a subluxation of the patella. Best thing is to have an evaluation my a skilled musculoskeletal examiner and get there opinion.

Too early to tell: Give time with little ambulation, ice packs followed by heat, allow time for swelling to go down and pain may go away. If it does not see a doctor.
