I hurt my knee a week ago playing sports and i think it is just tendonitis and my acl and mcl were already ruled out now my calf and ankle are swollen?

It might just be: Tendonitis, but since you mention a swollen calf a clot must be ruled out. That would be considered a medical emergency and this should be evaluated immediately. Hopefully, it is just tendonitis, but you must err on the side of caution.

Who ruled out: if you saw a qualified sports ortho doc, what did they tell you specifically? Could be a gastric muscle injury- tendinitis would not cause ankle/calf swelling
