Can central sensitization be reversed ? is lyrica (pregabalin) a treatment for this also ?

Yes and maybe: Central sensitization can be reversed most of the times. Sometimes depending on the patient and pain duration, it can create a nerve pain named neuropathic pain. Lyrica (pregabalin) can be used but a chronic pain specialist would evaluate each case and prescribe a treatment plan accordingly. For sure sleeping with quality(not waking up feeling tired) is necessary to revert central sensitization.
