Several options: Do understand issues with the drugs above. Alternative prescription items may be useful and tolerated: cymbalta, savella, (milnacipran) Gralise perhaps. Maybe pain relief consistently with Butrans patch. Epidural steroids may help. Exercise using the mckenzie protocol often valuable. Have you considered osteopathy or chiropractic or acupuncture?
