Aprents and pediatri: The way to connect with parents is to talk from the heart. The md needs to understand what the aprents are concerned about even if they cannot vocalise theri fers or questions. It takes practice i guess, to know the unspoken words frorm the parents. I try to bring up issues that i feel the parnts want to discuss and once the conversation starts the parents will speak ehat is on their mind.
