I have extreme fatigue and orbital eye pain (sinusitis), what to do?

Ophthalmic eval: Needs urgent evaluation since there may be extension of sinusitis into the orbit. Iv antibiotics may be indicated since there is a potential for brain involvement as well.Need coordination between pcp and ophthalmologist.
