Ive been getting headaches but its been getting worse since december , it feels like only to get better when i close my eyes or sleep, i went to my gp and she said its caused from acute sinusitis i feel as i need a second opinion.

Probably a good idea: If your sinusitis has been treated but you still have the same headache , this would indicate (a) the problem was not from sinusitis or (b) you did not get the right abx. Talk to your GP first to see if she has any other idea (migraine, jaw issue etc). If she can't help you, a second opinion would be justified.
