Having on and off headaches months after airplane ride that i had a severe one. occurs on my right side, and first symptom is my right eye starts to hurt, and then lower jaw is tired. mri sinusitis, ct sinus found mild-moderate inflammation?

Initial treatment for subacute sinusitis with a course of antibiotic +/- nasal corticosteroid spray + sinus irrigation then follow symptoms after that. The pressure change with the flights could be the precipitating factor for the disease process. Your symptom of tired lower jaw is somewhat vague which can be observed for now.
