Hard to do: "energy" is more a psychiatric state of mind, than a physical condition. The natural way to feel more energetic is to eat well, do exercise, get regular sleep. Taking caffeine (coffee or supplements) can make you feel more awake, which many people equate to feeling more energetic. There is no true "energy" pill.
