Exercise and rest: Optimizing exercise and rest is great for improving your overall energy levels. Goal of at least 150 minutes of exercise per week and appropriate sleep which is variable but probably 7-9 hours per night. Poor sleep reduces metabolism. Regular exercise stimulates metabolism.
