Good Day. My body feels very fatigued. I’ve had a bit of a cold since Saturday with only the green mucus left. How can I boost my energy level?

Time to rest: If your fatigue began with your cold then it is related to this virus. You should honor the message your body is trying to give you and rest to help recover from this infection; if you push too hard you will get more sick. Go with the flow. Take Vitamin C, eat healthy, take herbs like Pelargonium sidoides, a geranium root from South Africa proven to help fight colds and other viruses.
