Stay lean: and healthy through proper diet and exercise. Also exercise your mind as much as possible, get appropriate amount of sleep, avoid unnecessary medications/supplements/tobacco/alsohol, have a good sense of humor, enjoy what you do, have lots of friends, always strive to reach fulfilling goals, and be born to parents with good genetics.
