I have been on amitriptyline for 10 25mg a night. how long will the fatigue last?

Amitriptylene: You are on a low dose of amitriptylene, but have not mentioned why this was prescribed. Sometimes it's given to help chronic pain or insomnia, along with its use as an antidepressant. Side effects of drowsiness may be desirable if being used for sleep. If present, fatigue may dissipate in the first couple of weeks on the medication.
